a.   Domestication of Foreign Adoptions (sometimes called a "Re-
       adoption")
b.   Stepparent Adoptions
c.   Adoptions by a Relative
d.   Public Agency and Private Agency placement adoptions
e.   Adult Adoptions

   In addition, the firm provides assistance in situations involving the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children, in which Georgia is either the sending State or the receiving State.  Please note that the firm does not handle adoption cases that are contested or challenged by one or more parties.  

   The information that is needed for each type of adoption varies considerably.  Please contact us and we will send you a questionnaire.  If you are domesticating a foreign adoption, please ensure that you have the original documents in the foreign language, plus the English translation of those documents.
