Many local employers provide a legal service plan as an employee benefit.  The firm is an approved provider of legal services under the following national legal service plans:

ARAG Group

Hyatt (MetLife)

Please verify with your plan that you have coverage for your legal need, or feel free to contact us and we can assist you.  Please note that this is a secure website, and your personal information will be protected.  Most plans require us to obtain your social security number or your employee number that you have registered with the legal plan in order to verify coverage and to file our claim.

ARAG Group.  If you are on the ARAG Group legal plan, most matters that we can assist you will not require you to complete an ARAG Group Claim Form.  Simply contact us and we can verify coverage and if you need to complete a specific Claim Form, we can send it to you.  You will need to complete the top portion of the Claim Form only, sign it in the appropriate place, and fax it to us to (770) 754-6060.  The original should also be mailed to us. 

Hyatt (MetLife).  If you are on a Hyatt or MetLife Legal Plan, click on the Hyatt Legal Plans link above, login, and obtain a claim number. This number should be provided to us when you contact us.

Signature LegalCare.  If you are on the Signature LegalCare plan, you will need to complete a Signature LegalCare Claim Form.  Simply click on the Signature LegalCare link above, login and download the form, or contact us and we can send you a form.  Please note that there are two places for your signature on this Claim Form. You will need to complete the top portion of the Claim Form only, sign it in both places, and fax it to us to (770) 754-6060.  The original should also be mailed to us.
